Educate your staff with this free food safety video

The World Health Organization celebrated “World Health Day 2015” last week so I am dedicating week 12 of the Food Safety HACCP Challenge to global threats posed by unsafe foods. As part of promoting a global view on Food Safety a fantastic educational food safety video was released by WHO.

The Challenge

This week I want you to review this food safety video (which is provided below) and use it as part of an education program for your own staff.  It serves as a great but simple way of reminding your food handlers what their purpose and role is with regards to food safety.

How to achieve this #FSHChallenge

You can share this food safety video in whatever way you like – the key thing is to just SHARE IT. Some examples include:

  • Put the video on your staff training website
  • Play the video as part of your pre-production toolbox meeting
  • Email the link of this website to your staff
  • Share this post and video through your social media network
  • Send the video to your suppliers and customers
